We're happy for you to unpack the slush machine and inspect it properly.
If you think your slush machine may be faulty, we’ll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If the slush machine is faulty, we’ll offer you a resolution in accordance with your legal rights.
Where you have not used or installed the slush machine and it is returned repacked, undamaged, and complete in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of shipment, with an approved return merchandise number (RMA) issued by a Customer Service Associate, you will be eligible for a full refund, replacement or store credit, less the cost of return transport.
If you have used or installed the machine and it is returned repacked, undamaged, cleaned,and complete in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of shipment, with an approved return merchandise number (RMA) issued by a Customer Service Associate, you will be eligible for a full refund, replacement or store credit, less the cost of return transport plus a re-stocking, cleaning, inspection and repackaging charge of 80% of the value of new slush machines, and 50% of the value of approved used slush machines.
Once the slush machine is returned we will inspect the machine and/or investigate any claimed defect or error, and where applicable, process the refund, replacement or store credit less any charges.
If we do not believe a refund, replacement or store credit is applicable your claim will be rejected, and you will be liable for the cost of return transport plus any re-stocking, cleaning, repair, inspection and repackaging charges.
Before you request to cancel and return, make sure that your slush machine is eligible. If the slush machine you purchased isn’t returnable or refundable per Eskimo Joe’s Returns and Refunds policy, you will be notified by a Customer Service Associate.
