You should always
- Keep the product in the tanks topped up to the MAX Level
- Wipe off any product splashes or spills
- Put your machine in night mode at the end of the day’s trade
You must never pour any product that has spilled, or collected in the drip trays, back into the freezer!
Cleaning the tap and bowl:
-
1) Drain all product from the tanks into a clean container, switch the machine off
2) Operate the tap as if pouring a drink to make it easier to remove
3) Squeeze the two tabs either side of the tap
4) Lift the tap up and out of the dispense tube and place to one side
5) Clean all parts using warm water and Eskimo Joe's sanitiser (you can purchase this here)
6) Once cleaned, dry all taps using a clean, dry cloth
7) Lubricate the tap seals using lubricant
Refitting the tap:
1) Push the tap back down securely into the dispense tube
2) Operate the dispense tube as if pouring a drink to make sure it is secure
