Machine is leaking

If your machine is leaking make sure you:

• Clean your drip trays regularly by spraying sanitiser or pouring warm water into the drip tray to ensure the drain tubes do not become blocked
• Check seals and taps are properly fitted
• Check seals and parts are properly lubricated 
• Check for a crack in the tank
• Check the tank has been fitted correctly

Pro Tips:

Always mix your syrups to the correct syrup and water ratio (1 part syrup, 5 parts water - you can find a guide to mixing syrup here) using an Eskimo Joe's syrup mixing jug - you can purchase this here

Always use Eskimo Joe's syrup, using anything else will damage your machine and void your warranty

Keep pre-mixed syrup in a refrigerator to keep it cold so that it freezes down faster

Always keep your slush close to the maximum fill line on the tanks

Use overnight mode settings and fill to the maximum line before putting the machine into overnight mode

Keep clear space around your machine with at least 30cm each side and 10cm at the rear

If the straw stands up straight in the middle of the cup you've usually got good slush
