You should always
- Keep the product in the tanks topped up to the MAX Level
- Wipe off any product splashes or spills
- Put your machine in night mode at the end of the day’s trade
You must never pour any product that has spilled, or collected in the drip trays, back into the freezer
Cleaning the taps and tanks:
1) Empty the contents of the bowl into a clean container
2) Unplug the machine from the main supply
3) Remove the outer and inner lids
4) Undo and remove the two bowl retaining screws
5) Ease the bowl off the barrel and place to one side
6) Turn the screw on the front of the auger clockwise to undo, and place to one side
7) Ease the auger off the barrel
8) Remove the front barrel seal
9) Ease the rear seal off the barrel
10) Remove the tap
- Pull the tap down as if pouring a drink to loosen it and ensure the tap is easy to remove
Squeeze the tabs located either side of the handle
- Lift and remove the tap, place the tap to one side
11) Clean tanks, lids, drip trays, taps, auger and stainless steel tube with sanitiser (you can purchase this here)
12) Use lubricant to lubricate the tap seals
13) Reassemble the parts
14) Fill tanks with warm water and run for five minutes with only augers on to check for leaks
15) If there are no leaks then fill with product and use as normal
